Dr Julia Nguyen is a general dentist with over 15 years of experience in private practice. She began in science, completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Science at RMIT in 2003. She then graduated with her Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia in 2009.
Committed to delivering great dentistry, much of her spare time goes into furthering her dental training. She has completed a Prosthodontics Mini-Residency in full-mouth rehabilitation, ARIA Master Implant Program, and implant and bone grafting (GBR) training with gIDE in Los Angeles. Her orthodontic training includes Progressive Orthodontic Seminars and Invisalign
Although experienced in all areas of dentistry, her core passion is cosmetic and restorative work, because it changes how people feel and function. She believes that teeth are more than just a smile, it is the gateway to whole body health, both physically and emotionally.
Her goal is to deliver thoughtful care that is backed by experience and education, and individualised to her patients in whatever stage of life they may be in.
Outside of dentistry, Julia enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with her children, and exploring ideas in spirituality.
